We combine expertise knowledge and knowhow between several branches inside VTT, including networking, cyber security, cryptography, and quantum software teams. We have sufficient internal know-how to design and build the planned demo(s).
Companies in the project steering group are Nokia Bell Labs, Unitary Zero Space and Cumucore.
We collaborate with other quantum computing research groups, both domestic and international. International collaboration has been initialized, with the Wigner team which works on the foundations of quantum computation and combinatorial optimization at Wigner Institute, Budapest, Hungary, and with a team working on quantum computation, quantum communication and cryptography at Faculty of Computing at the University of Latvia.
The two-year project started during the fall of 2023 and will last until mid-2025.
